Is JDDF okay?

Calculus (Differential) is the study of the rate of change.

It is the observation of how quantities change with respect to each other.

I've been asking Claude some questions to explore the concept of rate of change.

If you've never had intense anxiety, here's what it feels like:

Physical symptoms: Sweaty hands and forehead.

Churning stomach to the point of vomiting daily.

Mental symptoms: Rumniation, prioritizing worries that aren't a problem yet, moderate to severe socialization struggle. A good amount of mental cycles are consumed leading to a vicious cycle of exhaustation.

I'm priviledged enough to be in a position where I could focus solely on getting rid of anxiety.

Thankfully, I was able to come back.

I no longer live in anxiety. For the first time, I look forward to my day simply for the reason that my previous symptoms are gone.

The JDDF you appreciate is still here. Except there's full confidence now. And doing hard things builds a lot of confidence.
